5月3日は憲法記念日
（社）日本青年会議所が主催して、全国で初めてとなる『憲法タウンミーティング』が開催されました。
これは、来年の5月18日から施行されます『憲法改正国民投票法』に向けて、いよいよ憲法改正論議が本格的に
始まる事を受けて、我々青年会議所会員は勿論、一般市民の皆様と共に『憲法について』『憲法改正国民投票法について』勉強しようと言った趣旨でありました。当日は、全国にあります４７のブロック協議会が趣向は違えども
市民の皆様と共に憲法について国民投票法について考える場を設けて開催されました。
あるブロック協議会では現職大臣を招いたり、大分ブロック協議会では前航空幕僚長の田母神氏を招いていたようでありますが、千葉ブロック協議会では千葉商科大学を会場に、弁護士であり法科大学院受験伊藤塾講師の山本有司氏による『憲法とは？』と言うテーマと、共同通信社論説委員長の西川孝純氏による『国民投票法とは？』と言うテーマの２つの基調講演、そして山本氏、西川氏、主婦であり市川市在住教師の黒川聡子氏、船橋市在住慶応義塾大学法科大学院生の伊藤健氏によります『タウンミーティング』の3部構成で、約2時間半に亘り憲法及び国民投票法について知識を得る場となりました。当日は、ゴールデン・ウィーク真っ只中にも関わらず多くの会議所会員と一般市民の皆様が集まり、関心の高さが伺えました。私も、当日得た事を一人でも多くの皆様にお伝えしなくてはならないと思っております。
現行憲法を知らずして、憲法改正論議はできません。近い将来間違いなくやってくるであろう「憲法改正国民投票」に向けて、先ずは我々青年会議所会員が知識を得、そして市民の皆様に伝えていきましょう。

本日担当の、千葉ブロック協議会協働運動推進委員会加賀田委員長の趣旨説明。3月の千葉県知事選挙合同個人演説会に続いての事業。

基調講演１『憲法とは？』をご講演いただきました山本有司氏。
約45分大変わかりやすく憲法についてお話いただきまして
憲法について無知であった私も、ほんの少しだけ憲法についてわかりました。
基調講演２『国民投票法とは？』をご講演いただきました西川孝純氏。
国民投票法成立までの過程までもお話いただきまして、大変興味深く聞いておりました。

数日過ぎてしまいましたが、5月1日は吉村副理事長の誕生日でした！
お仕事は勿論、青年会議所以外にも観光協会や旅館組合等多くの団体に所属され、本当に多忙極まる毎日を
お過ごしの事と思いますが、どうかお体には十分留意しこれからも多方面でのご活躍を期待しております。
ちょっとご紹介させていただきますが、吉村副理事長は千葉県旅館組合青年部の副部長を務めています。
青年会議所で言えば、千葉ブロック協議会の副会長と言う事です。
どうぞ、旅館組合も青年会議所も頑張ってください。

Hi. this is kind of an -unconventional- question , but have other visitors asked you how get the menu bar to look like you’ve got it? I also have a blog and am really looking to alter around the theme, however am scared to death to mess with it for fear of the search engines punishing me. I am very new to all of this …so i am just not positive exactly how to try to to it all yet. I’ll just keep working on it one day at a time.
