ＪＣの無い雨の日曜日
つい数日前まで休みの予定だったのに、アルバイトの欠員で出勤に・・・
ＪＣの無い日は必然と予定が入りまして、来週も、土日は現場です。
不平不満は言ってはいけません。弊社は現場があって成り立っております。
TOYOTAの社長も“GENBA”に敬意を表しておりました。
「事件は“KAIGISITHU”で起きているんじゃない “GENBA”で起きているんだ！！」
と公聴会では言ってません。シャレになりません。（苦笑）
さて、“GENBA”に向かう車中で聞いた『ｂａｙｆｍ』で、卒業ソング特集が組まれておりました。
懐かしいメロディに胸“キュン” 儚くも切ない思い出がよみがえり、暫し、“GENBA”を忘れ思いを馳せる。
特集の〆はあの曲。
「サヨナラは、わか～れ～のことば～じゃなく～て～♪」（古ぅ）ゴメン違った。
「サヨナ～ラはかな～しい こと～ばじゃ～無い～ それぞ～れの夢～へとボ・ク・ラをつなぐエール！♪♪」正解！！

そうなんですよね。卒業が目的じゃなくて、次の世界への旅立ちなんですよ！！
僕の学生時代は、何の目標も無く、なんとなく卒業してしまった。
せめてJCくらいは、卒業する事を意識して目標を持って活動をせにゃ～いかんぜヨ！「不惑」の世界にむけて！！！
もちろん仕事もねｖ(^-^)ｖ
３月５日は（社）勝浦いすみ青年会議所の創立４５周年記念事業『大嶋啓介氏講演会』に参加です。
詳しい話は長文になりますので割愛いたしますが、（磯野理事長はじめとする（社）勝浦いすみ青年会議所の皆様、出席いただいたメンバーの皆様 ありがとうございました。）
「感謝」の気持ち、「夢」や「目標」を持つことの大切さを訴えるセミナー・啓発本はよくありますが、それを強く印象付けるのに、大変いい機会をいただきました。
なにより、大嶋氏が実践したお話ですので、説得力はあります。
どうすれば人は輝くのか？どうすれば人を輝かせることができるのか？ヒントをいただきました。
レジメに
～大人が変われば子供が変わる 子供が変われば未来が変わる～ ・・・と
明るい豊かな社会の実現は、大人である私たちから変わること・・・が必要ですね。
僕も変われるかな？ 変わらなきゃ！！ だってＪＣは変革の能動者たらんとする青年の集まりなんですよネ！！
そして、さいごに卒業生の皆様にエール！！
ともにＴＡＫＥ ＡＣＴＩＯＮしてつか～さい！！
